THE A1200 is ontwikkeld in samenwerking met PLAION REPLAI, één van ’s werelds voornaamste producenten van retro hard- en software. Het combineert minutieuze authenticiteit met moderne innovatie voor de definitieve heropleving van een legendarische 90s computer.
Na het succes van THEA500 Mini, die wereldwijd meer dan 100,000 keer werd verkocht, weet Retro Games Ltd opnieuw de magie vast te leggen van een generatie die is opgegroeid met floppydiskettes, pixel art en nachtelijke gamingmarathons. Dit is THE A1200, de machine die een decennium lang tot de verbeelding sprak, nu herbouwd voor de 21e eeuw.
Terug naar de jaren ’90 en daar voorbij

THE1200 bevat 25 legendarische vooraf geïnstalleerde titels waaronder Beneath A Steel Sky, Lure of the Temptress, Ruff n Tumble, Defender of the Crown I & II, de Turrican trilogie en nog veel meer. Elke game oogt en speelt zoals je je herinnert, maar nu wel met HDMI output, save states en USB sideloading.
