PLAION, en partenariat avec Atari®, sont fiers d’annoncer la sortie de l’Atari 2600+, une refonte moderne et fidèle de la console d’origine, apparue pour la première fois en 1980. L’Atari 2600+ est disponible dès aujourd’hui !
Pour célébrer son lancement, PLAION annonce également aujourd’hui trois nouveaux accessoires : la manette de jeu CX78+ (compatible avec les jeux 7800 à deux boutons), un pack de pagaies CX30+ autonomes ainsi qu’un câble d’extension pour les accessoires. Quatre jeux 7800/2600 supplémentaires seront également disponibles début 2024.
Pour tous les amateurs de retro souhaitant vérifier si leur collection est compatible avec l’Atari 2600+, les tests effectués sur un peu moins de 600 jeux confirment un taux de compatibilité de 99%. La liste est disponible sur Atari.com.
L’Atari 2600+ est lancée avec dix des jeux vidéo les plus célèbres de l’histoire d’Atari, tels qu’Adventure® ou encore Missile Command. De plus, la console a été créé à l'aide de technologies modernes reproduisant de manière authentique le système de jeu vidéo original à quatre commutateurs. Pour ceux souhaitant retrouver les sensations et les expériences de jeu des années 70 et 80, l'Atari 2600+ comprend la manette de jeu CX40+, recréée avec la même taille et la même disposition que la manette de jeu originale, ajoutant une nouvelle touche de nostalgie !
La manette de jeu CX-30 avec cartouche multi-jeux 4-en-1 est également disponible seule au prix de 39,99€. La manette CX-40 seule, quant à elle, sera vendue au prix de 24,99€. Les cartouches de jeu de Berzerk Enhanced Edition et Mr. Run and Jump seront également disponibles sur l'Atari 2600+ au prix de 29,99€.
